How we work: We don't have any set day rates and usage fees as we prefer to work on a per project basis and within our clients budgets.

What we need: To provide you with a more precise estimate we will need the following information listed below. Once the information is received, dependent on the complexity of the project, we will provide you with an estimate by two business days or sooner.

If you are not able to provide us with all of the information below, don't panic, we will simply provide you with a rough estimate. Once more information is gathered and shoot specifics are finalized, we will be more than happy to revisit and revise our estimate(s).

(To provide you with availability/ 1st option we need to know of your firm or tentative shoot dates, scout, travel days, client meetings, pre pro meetings, etc. Understand that we will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate all of your dates)

Concept

(In order for us to better understand yours and your clients creative needs we prefer a visual layout, mood boards, inspirational imagery, illustrations, story boards, written copy, etc. really anything you have visually at present. A written description of your concept is also acceptable until visual layouts are available.)

Number of Visuals

(Whether printed, used electronically, or shown via broadcast platforms, how many individual pictures will you/ your client be using)

Exact Usage/ Term/ Territories

(How will the visuals be used and how long will the images be used from the first insertion.)

Photography Budget

(Do you or your client have a set budget including photographers day rates, and usage fees)

Will you need a photographers treatment, and if so when?

(Some clients will require that we provide them with a visual and/ or written treatment of how we plan to execute the project. This is primarily used to firm up any questions as to the concept, photographers expectations and vision, and simply put, making sure everyone sees eye to eye on the project)

What are your deadlines?

(Whether retouched, profile adjusted, or raw, it's crucial that we provide all our clients with the required visuals and our selects on or ahead of their deadline)
